How to play, how scoring works, the Vibe Read, refunds, and how to leave.
How do I play?
You answer a few quick cards about yourself. Your friend answers the same cards, guessing what you said. Every round ends with a reveal that shows both answers side by side, so you find out how close your friend actually got. Play with someone who hasn't installed the app yet by sending them your challenge link. They answer in a browser, no account needed, and you both see the score.
How does scoring work?
Guessing "the average answer" every time scores close to 0%. Guessing exactly right, especially on an answer most people wouldn't give, scores higher. That skill has a name in the app: your Clocked %, measured against a stranger who always guesses average, so 0% is a stranger guessing and 100% reads your mind. Each card lands as a hit, an almost, or a miss, and the reveal shows both markers on the same line so you can see exactly where the guess landed next to the real answer.
What's the Vibe Read?
The Vibe Read is a one-time purchase, $0.99, that gets you your full five-trait profile, the complete Mirror (you versus how your friends see you, every trait), and the written portrait built from your friends' combined read of you. Every round, dare, reveal, streak, and badge stays free, always. There's no subscription; you pay once and the read keeps updating as friends play.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow whichever store you bought through, and Guess My Vibe can't issue them directly:
- iPhone or iPad: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → your purchase history.
- Android: request a refund from the Google Play Store app, under Account → Purchase history.
- Web: email support@guessmyvibe.com from the address you paid with and we'll refund the Stripe charge.
A refund removes the Vibe Read from your account once the store confirms it.
How do I delete my account or export my data?
On the app, open Settings and use "Export my data" or "Delete account." From a browser, without installing anything, use the account deletion page. Deleting your account removes your answers, your pairs, and anything a friend answered about you, and it can't be undone. See the privacy policy for exactly what that removes.
How do I report or block someone?
Open your friend's pair screen and tap the overflow menu (•••), then "Report a problem" or "Block." A report goes to our moderation queue without telling the other person who sent it. Blocking ends the pair right away, deletes what each of you said about the other, and stops the two of you from ever being paired again.
Is this a clinical or diagnostic tool?
No. Guess My Vibe is a game built on public-domain Big Five personality research (the IPIP item pool). It isn't therapy, isn't a diagnosis, and nothing in it is medical advice. If something you read here concerns you, talk to a doctor or a mental health professional.
Who can play?
Guess My Vibe is for players 18 and older. We ask for an age confirmation at sign-up and on every challenge link.
